Following a restructure functional teams within a government agency wanted help to reset and develop a foundation to work together.

Hedgehog Consulting was engaged to provide online individual and team development profiling services and team development workshops.

We ran a series of workshops build upon the Team Management Index profiling tool.  

Following an initial engagement we went on to work with the wider business unit and their leadership team.
