Organisational Change Review

A central government agency wanted to take stock of its progress towards change and development goals, following a new business model implementation.

Hedgehog Consulting was engaged to lead a review and assessment of the agencies change progress and organisational performance six months after a new business model was implemented.

Our consultants scoped, planned and lead the review. The focus was people, systems, and progress towards change and development goals. This included new structures, operating models and systems.

Stakeholders included functional teams, the leadership team, and relevant unions. The review model was agreed and staff and managers were interviewed and surveyed. New functions and process performances were assessed.
The work took place over a series of weeks.

We produced a detailed report identifying change progress, implementation issues, and outlined improvement areas and strategies.

The review was well received and lead to targeted interventions by the agency. Hedgehog Consulting was subsequently asked to conduct the next review and assist with improvement interventions.
