We identify with you which profiling instrument will best fit the scenario, whether it is an individual profile to identify preferences, a observational profile that involves others, or a developmental profile to help you with your career.
We are able to provide profiling as a stand-alone service, accompanied by a supporting conversation, or integrated with another service, like team development.
Preference & Strength Profiles
Hedgehog Consulting is accredited in the full suite of
Team Management Services instruments, including Types of Work (ToW), Team Management Index (TMI), Risk Orientation (Q02), and People Linking Skills (LSP). In addition we can also use Personal Behavioral Profile (DiSC), and Belbin Team Roles instruments.
Observational & Behavioral Profiles
We work with a range of profiles that include observation by peers, manager, or customers. These include Belbin Team Roles, Team Member 360, STAR Performing Team (SPT), and Leadership Behaviors Profile (LBP).
Developmental Profiles
All of the profiles listed above can also be developmental, however a range of profiles are solely focused on personal development. We offer Networking Skills Profile, Career Orientation Profile, Leadership Development Profile (LDP), Emotional Intelligence Assessment (EIA), and Strategic Intelligence Assessment (SIA). We also have consultants accredited in the full Lominger leadership development suite for competency based development.
